Check Out Check In Sunday!

What a great week we've had!! Fabulous interviews--thanks Merrillee--the F.A.I.T.H. girls 1st annual Anniversary Contest! Don't worry, the fun continues as we celebrate Missy's book release in the next couple of weeks.

But for today, what have you been up to? Write a lot of words? Revised a lot of pages? Read any good books? Go to the comment section and tell us all about it.

Also, do we have a F.A.I.T.H. girl whose birthday is today?

  1. Okay, I'm commenting because I've actually made an excel spreadsheet to track my words. (Up to this point, I've been keeping track with paper and a caculator!)
So for this week I've written 1450 words. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but if you visit my blog, look at the right-hand side at the Pray With Me Part--you'll see that's okay.

  3. A spreadsheet to track your words? Are you going OC on me, Lindi?
Happy Birthday, Missy. Just in case I forget to mention it tomorrow. Hope you have a great one and your family treats you like a queen.
I wrote this week. Don't know how much. Too much other stuff on the brain. We're remodeling our master bath so we've been picking out tile, faucets, and bathtubs. Who ever knew bathtubs came in so many different sizes? Then there are faucet styles AND finishes. Sheesh! My mind is a blur.

  4. Well, Happy early Birthday, Missy. I knew I was close! Today was my step-daughter Melanie's birthday---so I had a piece of cake for you, too, Missy.
And Mindy, I don't think I'm going OC--I think I was avoiding actually writing, so I made the spread sheet. Does that sound normal?

  5. Avoiding writing? Now that I completely understand :-)

  6. I've been out of town for a death in the family. I didn't get a lot of writing done, but I did start converting a finished ABA manuscript to CBA. I managed to finish reading a few books on my TBR pile in the hospital and late at night when I couldn't sleep. I hope to get back into the swing of things this week.

  7. Happy Birthday, Missy.

I wrote 3500 words this last week! I finished a chapter, almost wrote another one.

    Busy, but good week.

  8. If typing words into an activity log at work counted for anything, I bet I'd have a 100,000 word novel by now. I've been busy busy adjusting to this working mom/wife thing. It's great to socialize with adults, but I certainly miss the time at home. But God's plan is bigger than I can imagine. I'm just sitting back, working for the Lord and not for man.
