A Christmas Prayer!

I would like to share this prayer I sent out in my Christmas newsletter last week. In the hustle and bustle of all the things we must do, places we must be, people we want to see, remember to give thanks for the greatest gift of all--Jesus Christ--the reason for this season.
Lord, I pray for each one reading the FaithGirls Blog that you provide a fresh infilling of your Holy Spirit, peace that surpasses all understanding, and energy that will out last all their obligations and commitments with plenty to spare. For those without jobs and cuts in pay, multiply their provision and bring them monetary gifts to cover their expenses and needs from the north, south, east and west. Let no one go without, help them see each tiny miracle, and bring harmony among family, friends and neighbors this Christmas season and beyond. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

  7. By the way, we're having snow in GA!!! If it sticks (and it's supposed to), it'll be the first white Christmas since 1882! :)

  8. Missy, that is awesome! I saw Christy's post on FB. Now I'm jealous. They promised us a White Christmas with 100% chance of snow. Rain, Rain, Rain is all we're getting so far. I can get rain in the SUMMER!

The last White Christmas in Charlotte was 1947. I would say you guys are WAY overdue some Christmas snow!
